IMF eLibrary is now available online. The database provides direct access to the IMF’s periodicals, books, working papers and studies, and data and statistical tools. You will find information and perspective on macroeconomics, globalization, development, trade and aid, technical assistance, demographics, emerging markets, policy advice, poverty reduction, and so much more. The publications are available from the university's LAN.
EBSCO Discovery Service
The EBSCO Discovery Service is now available through the library homepage. With EDS you can search the library's resources (scientific databases, e-journals and the library catalogue) simultaneously.
Danes want to be happy - OECD Better Life Index 2014
Japanese users of the OECD Better Life Index 2014 worry most about safety, Australians seek work-life balance, and Danes want to be happy – user feedback shows as the Index marks its third birthday. This Index allows you to compare well-being across countries, based on 11 topics the OECD has identified as essential, in the areas of material living conditions and quality of life. With this online interactive tool you can see how countries perform according to the importance you give to each of 11 topics that make for a better life.

OECD Factbook provides a global overview of today’s major economic, social and environmental indicators, in a range of user-friendly formats. More countries than ever are covered in greater detail, enabling direct comparisons for many indicators between OECD Members and major additional countries. Until 30th June 2014 EBSCO offers free access to the eBook Academic Collection. The collection contains more than 126.000 e-books from a wide range of various disciplines. The database is available from the university's LAN.
Henry Stewart Talks - free courses in marketing and management
Until the end of 2014 Henry Stewart Talks offers free access to The Marketing and Management Collection – a collection of 800 specially prepared audio-visual lectures, organized into 67 comprehensive series and delivered by principals, managers and advisors from the business world and leading academics. The online courses are available free from the university's LAN.
Success of Corvinus student in the EconBiz competition
The second international EconBiz Student Competition was held from March 17th to March 30st 2014. Because the library has joined the EconBiz Partner Network in 2013, Corvinus students were also invited to participate in the competition.
